Request ONT connector?

Currently I have Fibre going to my Alcatel Lucent modem that plugs into my Ubiquiti USG. I am getting a new Dream Machine Pro SE and would like to connect the Fibre directly into the SFP port. 

I see the new modem Hubs are all combined and have a removeable ONT connecter, if I call Telus can I just request the ONT connecter by itself?

Doubtful Telus will supply an incomplete solution, but you can ask if they will supply the entire Hub to replace your current setup. I see ONT/router combinations being installed these days, not a unit with SFP.
