Port forwarding on Technicolor NH20T

I residential internet with the Technicolor NH20T Modem as the "Network Access Hub" and the trash can Boost Wi-Fi 6 beneath that.   I'm trying to (re)set up port forwarding on the Technicolor NH20T...

    A-B The user also posted this question on Reddit and did find a possible answer as to the cause of the problem. His WAN IP and Public IP don't match. It's a CGNAT issue.
