Ongoing Issues with My Telus Account

Just Moved In

I have been a loyal Telus customer for over 20 years.  I currently am having issues transferring my internet account to my new home.  I've been on hold for over 3 hours and talked to over 4 different people and I am not closer to solving a very simple problem.

 

  1. Bill me on one bill, not two.  Get rid of my old account as I don't live there, I've moved as per the request I made when I moved. 
  2. I don't want optik tv and never have, sent the tv box back the second it arrived.  
  3. Bill me for internet, same as I had at my old address.

 

Pretty simple.  Tired of talking to the chamber maids........would really like to talk to someone who can actually do something about this.
