Internet Sign Problem

Hello,

I have been having issues signing in when attempting to connect to my Wi-Fi. When I attempt to connect to the Wi-Fi it asks me for my Telus Login and to sign in. Though I had never set it up. Even any ethernet connected PCs aren't working either as they ask me for the same sign in. Browsing works on the PC, but nothing else. I can't call or connect to online services. My internet works on some of my families devices but for mine it seems that they are bugged. Please help with any suggestions.

Are you sure you are connecting to your WiFi SSID? Your home WiFi should only ask for a password, not a TELUS login.

Are you trying to connect to the #TELUS WiFi service perhaps? That will prompt for a login.
