How do I make this look good?

 This was installed by Telus as shown. They want me to pay $175 before tax to fix their work, How can I fix this so that it doesn’t look like a bunch of junk and a rats nest of wires wrapped in electrical tape.

Ew, I see what you mean. 

Some suggestions:

• Replace the extension cord and short power bar with a power bar with a long enough cord to reach the wall outlet if possible.
• If the above is not possible because it's too far away and power bars aren't long enough then put the power bar at the wall outlet and plug the extension cord into it and plug the 2 devices into the extension cord. Whatever protection the power bar offers will still work this way.
• The Ethernet cables are too long so get a set of shorter ones to avoid the need to bundle the extra length. 
• Try to route the power lines and power supply such that they don't cross the data lines. I'd put the power supply on the ledge rather than having it dangle there.

You also have an optic cable and maybe phone line as well. It's hard to tell how much of which contributes to the bundle but you can get shorter lengths of those as well.
