Doing renovation. Need fiber ONT box and cable CSE box moved

I'm currently with Shaw and have been for a long time, but I'm doing a renovation and the fiber ONT box and cable CSE box (locked metal box in wall)  are in the way and need to be moved.  I'm assuming that would also involve moving the demarcation point.   I was wondering if I switch to Telus if this could count as the free installation service or would this be an issue?

You could call Telus and ask for a temporary disconnection of the line / equipment for renovations. I believe they do it for free, or they used to.
