I am building my new house, and it is almost completed. I asked TELUS to come to install the internet. They found that they need to cut my back alley to bury the cable. So one of your contractors came here on December 14, 2023 and told me they will do it as soon as possible. But three months have past, and there have been no updates about this issue. We really need to move to the new house with internet now. Do you have any solutions for it?

I have called the service team many times. However, this problem has not been resolved yet. I don't know what to do next. We cannot move into the new house without the internet. Telus sucks.
