I am building my new house, and it is almost completed. I asked TELUS to come to install the internet. They found that they needed to cut my back alley to bury the cable. So one of your contractors came here on December 14, 2023, and told me they would do it as soon as possible. But four months have past, and there have been no updates about this issue. We really need to move to the new house with internet now. I have called the service team many times for this problem. I don't know what to do next. It's awful to have to contact them again and again.
