First time with Telus and probably last time

At the time of getting Telus services, we were offered credit amount to $250. Since the beginning, not only the credit was not applied but also we kept getting charges on our account. 

I sent a message to the manager one month ago - no response. I call the Telus Customer Service every month, taking time off from work for doing that and they can't resolve it. I remain on hold for an hour and I get " sorry for any inconvenience" we escalate this - escalate HOW?

Don't use Telus it is not worth your time and energy and not worth the hassle.

Hi @Mah - Usually our credits appear on the first bill. I can take a look at what happened but I will send you a message to ask some questions first
