You mean if you don't make a payment you are out of the contract? Not aware of it being standard practice. Used to be they threatened to put a mark on your credit report.

I don't know, but I have paid all my bills, but I don't know why I have to pay something and wait forever to get a refund when it is clear that this is a problem between Telus and Canada Post. Again, this is really unethical behavior!

Telus support has been USELESS. Nothing has changed and Telus still charging me interests. I went to the post office and basically all the Telus returns from that week are "Item delayed". Telus should know that but they still charging an threaten customers. This is unacceptable!
