It is now day 5, tomorrow being 6, without internet since I regret leaving Bell, on Friday my services with Telus were installed and within 10 minutes were dropped. I have spent hours of my time wasted with broken promises of being taken care of. The integrity of this company that I have paid for for years of cell service has been flushed down the drain. I have answered their private messages they show as a link to all replies as they care on this thread, for no one to call me back. They state, as I’ve spent numerous hours to try and gain internet access since the moment they were in my house to relieve me of such amenities, that my situation had been escalated, to see now on my account I have a tech scheduled for January 3rd, I have not had internet since they disconnected me with my reliable Bell service of two years. So the money is not worth saving, my 300G of overpaid cell service is now coming to an end after 5 days and children on Christmas break, who are studying for exams and gaming in their free time, not to mention another adult with a work phone not able to watch tv at all as he can’t hotspot and burn through overpriced data. Not one manager or person in charge has had the decency to reach out. I spend my free time calling, posting, answering their surveys to no avail. They also kindly send me emails about how my internet is working and how to optimize it, this has been the most horrible experience I’ve ever experienced and I’ve worked retail for 30 years. I’m not being rude, I am just done and am not even able to cancel the services because nobody will even bother to contact me.

I have now signed up for Bell Fibe 300, twice the amount of what I have been waiting on with no service for $10 cheaper at $70 a month, they will be here in two days to install. I’m sure I will still be waiting on Telus to fix what they haven’t set up by then.
