$5 monthly discount for home internet bill never worked. I still pay the fu

Hi Telus folks,

 

I'm one of your most loyal customers and I don't understand why this never worked?

I signed up for this 2 months ago and I still pay the full amount?

 

When I contacted the chat support, they just transferred me to a waiting call queue for unknown waiting time?

 

Who can fix this?
