Can you please remove from the title ''duress code'' for this video? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zFHOnNgqL0w cause it gives you impression it will show you how to create a duress code however is never shown during the video. That option has been decommissioned so the ONLY way to do it is trough the panel: https://www.telus.com/en/support/article/use-duress-code
