For a variety of reasons, some episodes in the Video on Demand (VOD) catalogue may not be available. If you come across a show and/or episode that's missing, you can report it to us. Here's how:
Select the discussion board for your TV platform
- Optik
- Pik TV
Click on "Ask a question" to create a post
Tag any of the Community Managers to get our attention (use "@" to activate tagging)
Include all of the following details
- Show name
- Season
- Episode number
- Date of airing
- Channel name
Click "Post" and you're set. We'll flag it to our vendors and do our best to upload the episode(s) ASAP. Please note there are often issues out of our control but we will stay on top of it to make sure the content is uploaded.
