Hi rhvic, thanks for flagging this. We were able to get the third-party vendor to realign the guide based on the timezone (it took some time, but it's done!). We also added a calendar reminder to reach out to the vendor ahead of time before the next time change! Thank you for the feedback!

2 years agoHey rhvic - please unplug the affected box from power, reboot your modem and plug your box back in after your modem is back online

NO, that has nothing to do with this problem. It is not my box, it is your guide schedule which is the source of the problem. Please read the entire thread from the beginning. Solve it by doing what the last Telus person did.
