We went through this about a year ago. It took a few calls to Telus’ technical dept. They had to remove and then install the call control feature for us. Then it worked and the harassment of my MIL stopped.

- I’ve reached out to Telus at the number listed above. They said I have to enter a * and some numbers on his handset. I live 2 hrs away. I’ve tried logging onto Telus.com to access call control there but when I click on “manage” under the home phone tab, the page just spins. I’ve tried it on the mytelus app and get the same result…page just spins. Very frustrating.
