Poor Customer Service

My experience with Telus customer service has been extremely disappointing. The representatives I dealt with, were unhelpful and dismissive. As a new customer who switched to Telus, it should not take three days and over four hours on the phone to get a resolution. The poor service and the rude treatment I received from Telus’ staff are unacceptable. Based on this encounter, I cannot recommend Telus to anyone.
