Cancellation
Hi,
I sold an apartment in Canada in May and cannot find a way to cancel the Telus contract as I live in the UK. I cannot get a call back as I can't provide a 10 digit phone number, the virtual assistant is useless and it can't be done online. Calling from the UK also won't connect and costs a fortune. Any advice?

Hey! For sure, it seems like the callback option we would offer would end up costing you a pretty penny. Did you have anybody you could authorize in Canada to approve the cancellation? (Have them call in, etc?)

Yes I have, but how can I authorize them?
If you work for Telus, can you provide me with an e-mail address where I can contact to cancel? That would appear to be easiest. Thank you.

An authorized user would have to be setup at the time of account activation. I can suggest calling this number during the business hours for your previous home province and ask to be transferred to the home internet cancellation team: +1 416 940 5995
