Yes I have, but how can I authorize them?
If you work for Telus, can you provide me with an e-mail address where I can contact to cancel? That would appear to be easiest. Thank you.

Official Support TeamAn authorized user would have to be setup at the time of account activation. I can suggest calling this number during the business hours for your previous home province and ask to be transferred to the home internet cancellation team: +1 416 940 5995
As stated in my previous message, it is really hard to call from the UK and costs a fortune. Can you please get somebody to e-mail me to sort the cancellation out or give me an email address where I can contact them. I have just received a bill for another month on a service I haven't had since 1st May.
