I use only WiFi. The speed is between 50 and 60, usually low 50s.
I had 2+ hours of discussions with your colleagues on Thursday, they ran different tests, made me download one of telus's apps, and connected to this app. In the end, they told me "We don't see problems on our end, buy WiFi+"

2 years agoIt's very difficult to guarantee Wifi speeds (it's why no one does so) because of variables cited by Nighthawk. You may have seen consistently higher speeds before but a variable was likely introduced that interferes with your wireless network. I would still encourage you to measure the throughput by directly connecting a computer via Cat5/Cat6 cable to see if it's a backhaul issue. We can intervene with issues on our end but issues within the environment (interference) can be solved by Nighthawk's suggestion to change the channels or move the unit to another part of your home.
