Upgrade Home Internet Installation Fee
Telus offered me an internet upgrade. The agent I spoke to on the phone assured me that there would be no installation fee and FAQs state that installation for upgrade will not be charged.
However, my service agreement states that I must pay a $200 installation fee and there is no mention about this fee being waived. My upgrade appointment is coming up. How can I get them to waive this fee?
