Gaming server routing issue

I am new customer with telus hardly 2 months in.

I was with shaw before never had issue with jitter, missing my shots, server loss.

Now after getting telus fiber optics 1.5gig, its wired with ps5 . My pings on other servers are super high suddy and even on us servers i get 30-35 ping but get server loss sign on game, and I even miss my shots. 

Its routing problem, is there any way to fix it ?

I only went with telus for better gaming but its opposite now.
