Unnotified Cost Increase over Several

I received a bill this month that has gone up $5 for the 7 theme packs + 1Premium

This is the second time in less than a year that my bill has gone up. In March of 2025, it went up ten $10. I contacted telus, they were supposed to have the loyalty department contact me and it never happened.

According to my user agreement that I downloaded from the telus site my charges should be $15 less than what I am being charged.
