Unable to login to Crave App and website
When I try to login to the Crave App and website using TV subscriber credentials, it tells me I need to subscribe. When I quit the app or close the window to login again, it's saved the credentials ...

Community Power UserI just tried the Crave app on my iPhone and was able to login with my Telus credentials. I also tried the web login and it worked as well (Windows 11/Edge).
Did you use the option to access through your TV provider and then select Telus?
Yes, I opened the Crave App on our Android TV and chose to login via TV subscriber. On my iPhone (via crave.ca/provider, I entered in my credentials and the secret code from the TV app and waited for the app to refresh. The TV Crave app says I'm not an active subscriber (yet I am).

This has happened to my account too in the last two days or so. Can’t sign in on any app but can access Crave through optik tv.
