Telus won't upgrade to Wifi 6
I'm on 1GB and trying to get an upgrade from my T3200M to a wifi 6 hub because all of our devices are now wifi 6. 4 calls later and someone in tech support told me that he would send me a wifi 6 hub only after doing countless stupid tests on the T3200M ??? The T3200M doesn’t even support wifi 6 so why test it. But, 10 days later they send me an Arcadyan wifi hub that's not even wifi 6. I've called 6 times already and spent over 6 hours on hold and on the phone and now back to calling again and on hold. So frustrating dealing with Telus. What does it take to get an upgrade from Telus? As a long time customer, I've almost had it with them with their useless customer support.
Sorry for the late reply. Finally got this sorted out from someone at Telus who actually gave me what I wanted and knew what needed to be done. He sent a tech to the house and everything is good to go now. But, still shouldn’t have needed 6-7 calls and around 16 hrs on hold and that’s not including wasting all that time on the phone.
