Problem solved. I tried to recycle the modem and router, this time for more than 10 minutes, and it finally works for me to access homedepot.ca!
Thank you for your initial suggestion; I probably did not recycle the system for long enough the first time, only 5 minutes.

Thank you for your suggestion. By power cycling, did you mean unplugging the router and modem? I did that and unfortunately it still does not work. We do not run any VPN or proxy and previously we also cleared our computer browser's cookies and cache on browsers we tried. Still it did not work somehow.

2 months agoHave you tried incognito mode in Chrome to see if you can access the site that way?

Yes, we tried that, too. It did not work. A Telus technician from Philippines was on the phone with me for 2 hours and we tried various things but none worked, unfortunately. I am at a loss for what to do next.
