Telus sales person, scheduled installation without my approval

I had a sales person come to the door yesterday, his name was azan. 

I asked him for a quote, next thing you know I get an email saying my order had been confirmed and the installation is scheduled for 2 weeks from now. 

This is not acceptable, how do I ensure this is cancelled?
