My Telus keeps showing I have overdue balance
I have paid in full for my bill last month; I have bank record and I can see it being marked as PAID in the Transaction History in My Telus.
Today I received an email about the invoice that is due next month. When I login, I saw a big red message saying that "Your bill is overdue. Please pay the full balance now." for the bill last month that I have PAID already. In my new invoice that is due next month, I clearly see:
Balance forward from your last bill..............................................$0.00
So I don't have any outstanding balance. I have talked with Live Chat and they asked me to logout and login again. I still see this overdue message in the Telus app and My Telus for the web. Is there something wrong with the system?
