Moving from Bell Fibe to Telus Pure Fibre

Currently using Bell Fibe 300 (300+/mbps up/down load speeds).  Looking for a few answers :
1) does Telus Pure Fibre use the existing Bell fiber connection (fiber to the house)
2) legal jargon indicates “up to 1.5GB/second download” and “up to 940mbps upload”.  I currently get consistent 300+/mbps with Bell.  What do people usually see regarding the data transfer rates?
3) Telus Pure Fibre was offered to me by Koodo.  Would Telus Pure Fibre be billed by Koodo on my account or would I receive separate billing from Telus?
