Balance disappeared
I left $5,00 on my balance last month. Today I tried to top up my prepaid phone and for my surprise 18cents disappeared from my balance. As there is no way to top up $15,00 I have to top up $20,00 to be able to activate a $15,00 plan. Does anybody had the same problem with balance disappeared and Know why this happened?
