I need help getting a Telus Living Well Companion (Lifeline)

I need help escalating my unfulfilled order, which was promised for delivery yesterday. I have contacted Telus staff, spoke to a Level 2 supervisor, and no one can tell me when the lifeline pendant equipment will be delivered. If they cannot resolve it today, they advised me to place a new order, which could take another 5 - 7 business days.  The reason for needing the lifeline pendant is that my brother is ill. He lives alone and has fallen twice. When I called around to purchase a lifeline, I went with Telus because they made me feel the most confident in their service, including prompt delivery of the equipment. Surely, there must be someone at Telus who I can speak to who can put the equipment on a Telus truck and deliver it to me today or tomorrow. This morning I spend 1 hour and 23 minutes on the phone with no answers.  Any ideas who to elevate this to?  Please and thanks.

      No! On Saturday a new order was placed, without cancelling the old one (on advice from a Telus employee).  I have not received a tracking number for either order. I was also advised that there is no way to contact the "fulfillment center" or for an employee to confirm the pendants are even in stock. If/when fulfilled, I will still need to wait for delivery and there is no way to expedite that. This is frustrating and makes me think Telus purposely called the pendants "companions" since they are incapable of delivering on something called a "lifeline".
