No! On Saturday a new order was placed, without cancelling the old one (on advice from a Telus employee). I have not received a tracking number for either order. I was also advised that there is no way to contact the "fulfillment center" or for an employee to confirm the pendants are even in stock. If/when fulfilled, I will still need to wait for delivery and there is no way to expedite that. This is frustrating and makes me think Telus purposely called the pendants "companions" since they are incapable of delivering on something called a "lifeline".

No. There has been no update. Both orders show as "pending" according to Telus employee. Still no tracking number for either order. Employee was not able to find out if pendants are in stock.

I have received no "private message". Also, a Telus employee by the name of LAP had promised to call me back around 5:00pm yesterday (Feb 10/2026) but I didnt receive a call. Still no tracking number for either order.
