How can I actually cancel my optik tv and internet security?

I’ve been trying to cancel my Optik TV and internet security for 4 days. I keep being put on hold, transferred to a mobility employee, hung up on. Repeat, in an endless loop. Is there an actual way to get this done?

  • When I want to talk to a human I log into my account and start chatting with the bot.

    I keep asking for an agent, for a human until it gives up and offers to set up a scheduled callback. 

    Callbacks are actually made 2 out of 3 times and withing the scheduled times. If missed repeat the above. 

    You will still end up with hold please as those calling back don't have authority to fix your problem. BUT, you will end up with a human that can. Guatemala takes 1st prize in solutions.

      Yes. I have tried every number available and STILL on day 5 can’t cancel. This is criminal. How can it possibly be this hard to cancel a service?

        Hello Gkramer, were you actually able to speak with an agent? if so, they'll be able to assist you since the cancel request can only be made over the phone.
