Anyone else's internet slow / not working?

I'm on Vancouver Island and have buyers remorse. The internet has been out most days lately. It was an absolute nightmare to get everything set up and my husband has spend many hours on calls with 'customer service'. No complaints about the people on the other end of the home, but I do wish we had not taken the salesman up on the offer to switch. I'm currently on hold with Telus. My husband cannot work at home with this situation and he's a small business owner. Ugh.
