Verification Codes from other businesses

I am having issues receiving verification codes from other business (ie Presto) to confirm purchases etc.  I am not receiving those codes to my iPhone 11.  I have checked all the settings and they seem good for not blocking any messages, reset the network on my phone, checked and verified the number it is supposed to go to which is correct.  In the past the codes even took up to an hour to arrive and recently after hours haven't received the codes to my phone.  Does anyone have any solutions?  Thanks in advance.
