Talk & Text 100 local calling only???
Hello, I signed up for talk and text 100 in May and realize only now that it is local calling only. This is absurd that Canada Wide calling is not included. I see now that Telus no longer offers the plan and new users should sign up with Koodo. The Koodo plan seems to include Canada Wide calling.
I am a senior citizen barely affording my bills which is why I am on this phone plan. It is for emergency calling only so I need Canada Wide. Would someone from Telus please refund my payment and allow me to transition over to Koodo where I will get the BASIC features I need?

The Talk & Text 100 plan includes 400 incoming and outgoing local minutes. There is a Nationwide Talk, Text & Data 90 plan that includes Canada wide calling though. We'll send you a PM shortly and look into options for you.
Hey I still haven't received anything from support. When you said "shortly", what does that mean? I can confirm I only have local calling which is useless to me.

Hello, sorry for the delay, we sent you a message few minutes ago, thanks.
Well something is not set up correctly then because when I try to call a long distance number (within Canada) we get a message that says not enough money in the account and to top up. We are only able to make Local calls. Please fix this.
