Trade in credit never received
I return my phone in April and it was received within the week. I have still not received a credit for my trade in! I cannot get anyone on the phone or someone to verify it was received. I sent a ticket in to trade in support and nothing! Nothing is more frustrating than no person to actually talk to. Why is there not a phone number? I need someone to call me back as now I have a threat to cancel my phone service?!
