Credit after cancelling service
Hi, just wonder if anyone can tell me after I cancelled the mobility service, I have a credit of $46. When and how will I receive the credit? Do I have to call Telus or Telus will credit it back to my auto payment credit card?
Thank you. I chat with support and realized I had a tablet plan with them that I never use. So I cancelled that and they say they will deposit the credit on my auto pay card.

Hi pancake - For leftover remaining credits, they are usually sent to you in the mail in around 3 weeks or so!
