Since the discontinuation of EPP 25 my phone no longer fields incoming or outgoing calls.
So, not only did Telus fail to advise me in any capacity whatsoever that they were arbitrarily "discontinuing" their $25 unlimited talk and text plan for the shiny, new, and oh-so-wonderful EPP 30 (it's $5 more, just because) but ever since I can't even make or receive phone calls.
Why am I paying you? You're not serving me anything. Where's your alleged telecommunications service? I feel neither "mobile" nor "connected", and my device no moreso. Congratulations on botching it, I guess.
This should be simple; I don't even have nor want data, but then the cynical part of my mind suggests this may be softball obsolescence on your part because you stand to gain far more with client service plans that include data.
Don't send Optimus Prime and all his legions of autobots to assuage my temper. You'll just make me want to cancel even more.
