Incoming Landline Calls Showing as Private Caller
I just moved and all incoming calls on the landline are showing as private caller.
The phone is a panasonic.
Turning off call control did not change the situation.
Listing accepted callers on the call control list did not change the situation.
What can be done to fix this?

Yes, when I moved Telus inadvertently cancelled call display and connected voice mail.
It took a bit to figure it out, so you might want to check with them and see if your call display is still active. Might be something happened during the conversion.

I am having the same problem, except that Call Display worked fine for many years, until 6 days ago, when I was converted to PureFibre.Yes, when I moved Telus inadvertently cancelled call display and connected voice mail.
It took a bit to figure it out, so you might want to check with them and see if your call display is still active. Might be something happened during the conversion.

Yes, I have call display. All in-coming calls say Private Caller.
