discount promised not delivered
why would telus send you an offer and not fulfill it ?for example I was offered a 15.00 dollar discount on my mobility if I signed up with them for internet .now the agents are telling me a bunch of **** . anyone on here had this issue and how was it resolved

Were you able to check your detailed PDF bill for both your mobility and internet services to see if there are discounts there?

Same here. Signed up cause they promised a discount Telus has with my building, saying it's cheaper and has more data than my previous carrier. Cut to now, and the discount is not applied in my first bill, and I end up paying 30 CAD MORE than my previous plan. I might leave and swap back cause my dispute form isn't sending either.
