Pricing Discrepancies

I am learning quickly that this company refuses to honour their own advertisements. Instead I am being forced to prove it - something the end customer should never have to do. To see something I agreed to be so astronomically lower priced within mere weeks, and to have no recourse?

If you’re referring to the “MNH20W” discount code that was advertised in the app, I called. I was told the discount usually starts getting applied in the second month of the contract. The first bill is full month and partial month charges to start the billing cycle. I do not know if this is the case, as my “first” bill with the code applied arrives the 15th of June.

If you chose a contract, then you have limited recourse. Unfortunately, that’s how contracts work.
