How does the TELUS Price Match Guarantee work?
If, within
30
days of purchasing your new device at TELUS over the phone or online, or within
15
days of purchasing at a TELUS Corporate store, independent dealer or retailer, you find a lower retail price offered by TELUS (that is online at telus.com, in-store or over the phone) for the same device with identical terms and conditions, we will refund the difference in price via a bill credit and/or an update to your TELUS Easy Payment balance amount (dependent on pricing).
TELUS reserves the right to verify the lower price and eligibility under this policy.
Important
: Price matching is limited to the same point of purchase as the original and TELUS will not match prices from competitors or other retailers. This means:
Retail store activations can only be matched to other retail store offers.
Prices from Koodo, Mobile Klinik, big box stores or any retailers setting their own pricing or offers on top of TELUS pricing will not be matched.

Yes I bought the phone one week before Black Friday and filled up the price match forms on Telus website on Black Friday.
its an iPhone 16 I got it at 23$ or 26$ a month but it was 10$ on Black Friday and the plan they gave me with it was 65$ but on Black Friday I saw it for 60$ on Telus website

TELUS_Support I bought an iphone 16 pro (256 GB) on 27-Dec-2024 with bring it back $42.59 / Month. On the very next day i.e. 28-Dec-2024 its price dropped to $25.58 / Month. I completed the price match form and submitted it on same day (28-Dec-24), after 15 days, my request of price match got rejected. When I reached out to customer care, I was misinformed by the agent that in order to avail price match I need to pay $748.46 upfront. Which makes no sense as plan mentioned specifically $0 upfront and I also have screenshots of telus app with discounted price details. Also, now telus price match webpage www.support.telus.com/PriceMatch is also offline
