Poor Service?

Ordered my new device Aug 5 with the bring it back program. I’ve spent 3 hours either on hold or trying to get help to have the return shipping label sent to me for my old device, and confirm I won’t be charged to keep it. Come a day ago, I see a $509 charge on my credit card.  Not happy. The support person could not help me, and said it’s probably my email. And they will call me back next weekend to follow up. I want my money refunded. Is this how this normally goes now?

sweety it's only going to get worse. to talk to a human being, i had to use the landline phone number. when i used the mobility number call support centre, it got me through options and options, one was to speak to an agent, then somehow this recorded voice  hang up on me. i thought i was going to talk to someone. it's blah blah blah then hangs up. so yeah i had to use the landline number to talk to agent. and he gave the 'i don't care attitude' and burps on the phone. that is poor business etiquette. i miss the old Telus, like from 20 years ago, and the old pay and talk. so yeah expect this to 'normally goes now'. it's sad cause i liked Telus for years. the agents don't give a rats ass about us.

It's okay. I know there is nothing that can be done about this. have a great weekend

  • After spending nearly 2 hours on the phone last Saturday, this is STILL NOT resolved. Now I’m on hold AGAIN as I see a duplicate charge on my bill. Needless to say, I am so done with Telus right now…. :(

Hi there, we’re sorry to hear about the frustration with your device return and the charge that appeared on your account. That’s definitely not the experience we want for you. Please send TELUS_Support  a private message so we can review this with you.
