One Step Away From Leaving Telus
Trying to contact anyone at Telus is absolutely frustrating. The quality of service is beyond terrible. I tried contacting Telus over a billing issue. First of all, the link they texted me on my bill notice gave a 404 error. I tried calling and waited almost 40 minutes to be told I had to be transferred. I told the agent I did not want to wait another 40 minutes. He guaranteed me I would only wait 5 to 10 minutes. That turned out to be a lie and after an additional twenty minutes on hold I hung up.
During all this waiting on hold, I tried going online. I was presented with a screen asking for my address to see if there were any deals in my area. No matter what I did, the screen would not go away and let me into their site. There was no email address available to write to someone. The only thing I found was this f'n forum.
IF YOU ARE GOING TO TAKE MY MONEY, I EXPECT TO BE ABLE TO TALK TO SOMEONE WITHIN A FEW MINUTES. I AM CURRENTLY IN THE PROCESS OF SEARCHING FOR ANOTHER PROVIDER AFTER SEVERAL DECADES OF USING TELUS. I'M DONE!
