My Note 20 Ultra can't connect to Telus 5G network

My plan was recently upgraded from LTE to 5G but my phone (Samsung Note 20 Ultra) is unable to connect to Telus 5G network -I get only LTE no matter the location.

Though I'm unable to connect to 5G, the LTE the speed has improved from my previous LTE plan.

I tried Bell SIM and Rogers SIM, both connected to 5G easily.  Anybody have the same problem and found a solution ?

Telus tech support said it's an issue with all Note 20 ultra and Galaxy S21 phones.

    Hi! Have you tried using an esim?

      eSIM makes no difference, I switched and the same problem persists. Thanks

        If technical support mentioned that the issue is with those devices, I don't believe there's anything else that we can contribute with. Maybe re-do your APN settings and see if that is a work-around but if the issue is wide-spread I would say they're working on the issue
