Missing SIM Cards in Mail
Hi, I am a new client . Telus system ordered two SIM cards really I only need one and I have a representative to call me Tuesday to see if the SIM cards came in and to Vance one of the sims but I was also ordering a iPhone 16e and cannot do that until the SIM cards come in . The cards were ordered January 9
I have been monkeyed around with Telus and there the ones who called me to join . They tried to message me here but sign in credentials don’t seem to work . I am with Chatr just pay monthly and have iPhone XR but would like a newer phone but I hear Telus is very expensive they quoted me $50 for the plan and no $80 connection fee.
I am so done .
