How to Cancel a Telus Mobility phone of someone who died
Hello,
I'm helping an elderly man try and cancel his wife's cellphone (she has passed) but he is unable to talk on the phone to anyone or get into a store. Is there somewhere I can send the death certificate and signed letter asking to cancel?
