      My brother passed away what is the easiest why to do this to go to a location with his death certificate?

        Hello my brother has passed away.  Was wondering what the easiest why to cancel is would it be to bring his information and death certificate to a store? I live in Calgary also he seems to have a phone that he was paying off how is that handled.
