Help with Asia Easy Roam 14-Day Pass

I found this page online but when I called in, the rep said they don't have it. Please help.

I called again and the next rep says they have it but Japan is not included in the Asia Easy Roam 14-Day Pass even though it's listed on the website that I listed. He said Japan is only available with the $18/day Easy Roam.
